Now we will be having two sessions with the same facilitator in groups of no more than 100 at a time.

Still intimate by having two to five sessions in pods of 100 participants at a time. If there are more than 300 participants, there will be two facilitators to accommodate this number with the possibility of spreading out the workshops over 2 days.
